EQUIPMENT & PROCESSES
• Fluid Bed Furnace – (Inert controllable atmosphere). Maximum 450mm Dia x 1220mm Lg (An extension may allow slightly longer lengths – Please ask). Suitable for Gas Nitriding, Carburising, Hardening, Solution and Age Treatments, Annealing and Normalising.
• Stress Relieving Furnace – 1900mm High x 3060mm Wide x 6700mm Long (Expandable – For all other size requirements, please ask).
• Semi-Fired Muffled Furnace – 1000mm High x 2000 Wide x 2800mm Long. (Expandable – For all other size requirements, please ask). Suitable for Normalising, Hardening, Tempering, Annealing, Solution and Aging Treatments.
• Tempering Furnaces – (Various sizes)
• Cryo-Freezers – Maximum Size 750mm High x 450mm Wide x 1070mm Long
• Parts Cleaner – Cleaning at 60 Deg C to degrease your components.

We can also provide onsite heat treatment such as normalising, annealing and stress relieving through the use of heat beads and blankets.
We can even assemble furnaces onsite for quench and temper work or large stress relieving projects.
